TK Law Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our growing legal team in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients navigating the legal process, playing a vital role in shaping their experience from day one. Candidate should be a professional, with a positive attitude, highly organized, smart, and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Business Professional Dress Required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather case information and assess eligibility
- Accurately enter and maintain client data in case management software
- Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person to explain the firm's services
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case onboarding
- Follow up with potential clients and track lead conversion through the intake pipeline
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
- Meet intake goals and metrics while delivering exceptional client service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a legal intake, customer service, or client-facing role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal case management software is a plus
- Empathetic, professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We try to find solutions for our clients, no matter the type of case- even if that means sending our client to another attorney for help. Although we try to help clients with any legal issue, the common cases that we handle are:
- Divorce cases (usually from middle class divorce to high net worth divorce),
- Business law,
- Estate planning,
- Car accident and personal injury,
- Foreclosure defense / debt defense.
We find that most people will deal with these issues, directly or indirectly, during their life. We have also found that these issues often overlap, for example, in a divorce where one spouse owns a business.
